New England Chapters Council is a non-profit organization of the Society of Decorative Painters, Inc.

The purpose of this Council shall be, in common with that of The Society, to stimulate interest in, and appreciation for, the art of tole and decorative painting, through the cooperative efforts of its member Chapters, and to serve as a forum for the sharing of information and ideas.

Membership in this Council is open only to affiliated Chapters of The Society who are in good standing and are located in the geographical area of the six New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island), and Capitolers Chapter, located in the Albany, New York area.  Each member Chapter shall be represented at NECC meetings by Chapter members in good standing.
